July 8 (BTA) – The US company Linden Energy acquires a 50 per cent stake in the private Bulgarian gas company Overgas Inc., Overgas Inc. Executive Director Svetoslav Ivanov told BTA. The agreement was signed during a business forum of the annual summit of the Three Seas Initiative taking place in Sofia on Thursday and Friday. The deal is part of the strategy of Linden Energy to increase its investments in Bulgaria and the region.
