December 30 (BTA) – Bulgaria reduces the time between the second dose of the COVID vaccines and the booster shot to three months from six months. The announcement was made by Chief Health Inspector Dr Angel Kunchev at a news briefing on Thursday. For single-dose vaccines, the firstand booster shot must be two months apart. “Research shows that this period ensures a strong enough immune response and maximum protection,” said Dr Kunchev.
