ICGB, the company responsible for the commercial operations of the Gas Interconnector Greece-Bulgaria, is introducing a two-tier management model, a Management and a Supervisory Board, which was a key requirement for the entry into force of the certification by the state energy regulators, the company reported on Monday.
ICGB is still represented by two executive officers: Teodora Georgieva remains the representative from the Bulgarian side, while Georgios Satlas will be the new representative for Greece.
Georgieva and Satlas sit on the ICGB Management Board, which is comprised of four members.
The changes have entered into force and have already been published in the Bulgarian Commercial Register.
